Money Back Gurantee. Every hosting account carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If You are not completely satisfied with the hosting service during the first 30 days, You may request a full refund, and your account will be cancelled without charge. Domain Name Registration/Renewals
All Sales Final - No Refunds or Exchanges. Due to the nature of this service, we are not able to provide any refunds or exchanges for domain names purchased through us.
All Other Services
Unused Funds Only. If a service is cancelled or terminated for any reason, any unused funds, minus fees and expenses, will be returned to the client if a refund request is made in writing within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
This policy includes, but is not limited to, Web design and web development services (including eCommerce), Search Optimization services, Content Management, and Consulting.
Services that have been completed and have received written client approval and sign-off are not eligible for a refund or credit.
